Question: Why was the AI assistant failing to load in the browser despite refreshing the app?
Answer: The issue was resolved by using Chrome while logged in, opening Developer Tools, then holding Option and clicking the browser refresh button to select Empty Cache and Hard Reload. The assistant loaded successfully afterward.

I then loaded the app in chrome which I have not used in a year. I also never used the klai or fmbetterforms in chrome.

Before I was using Edge on Mac.

I had to be logged in, with the dev tools open.
Then hold the option key and hold the mouse down over the refresh button on the toolbar and then select empty cache and hard reload
