Why are two domains still waiting to be certified, and is this an issue on Klai’s end?
Answer
The domain was not fully forwarded to alias.bfoperations.com, causing it to enter an error state. Once forwarding is complete, an automated script will repair the state and certification should proceed. Domains should be fully forwarded before being added to an environment. Cloudflare or CloudFront in front of the domain can also affect certificate generation.

User UP5N91P8E: it seems like the domain showed above is not fully forwarded to `<http://alias.bfoperations.com|alias.bfoperations.com>`, which caused the domain to go to an error state. However, we do have an automated script that handle that, so once the domain is fully forwarded, it will get fixed

User U057L133LV6: In production V3 is not available correct? We deployed from DEV which did have V3, that is not a problem?

User UBBJX2EHM: And highly recommended as it gets regular updates and security patches. (10 in last month)
